Before and After 5000 sq. ft. Estate at the Palms in Myrtle Beach.
We’ve recently completed a major renovation with before and after photos to capture all of the magic of this transformation. The existing interiors were themed with an old world classical treatment, dark wood tones, earth toned tiling, and raw black iron fixtures. Beautiful but suffering from a serious case of dark and brooding. To bring a facelift to this home, required ample design exploration rounds and a number of highly skilled contractors.
Without giving away the home owners address, we can say that the building is in the Palms, Myrtle Beach. This family, with four boys, needed a new “Coastal Look” for their house in the Palms on the waterway. We worked meticulously with the home owners to redesign over 5000 square feet of new interior.
Some noteworthy touches include a redesigned kitchen, eating areas, coffee bar, and the dining room.
We gutted all the floors & bathrooms, painted the whole interior, and brought in new wood plank tile flooring throughout. Cabinets, backsplashes, all new bathroom fixtures, new furniture, lighting, the list goes on. One of our favorite centerpiece fixtures is an Antelope Chandelier for their foyer entrance lighting. A great talking piece and a brilliant unique feature highlighted at night from the oversized Palladian window.
