Working With a Decorative Interiors Stylist
We love challenges and will tackle any project, ranging from a small powder room to a large corporate lobby. We believe that living your life surrounded by your personal, elevated style is sure to be your best life.
Our Process
Consultation
The first meeting is a discussion to go over the entire space with a list of the clients needs. Photos and measurements are taken to gain an understanding of the scope of work.
Design
Space planning with furniture layout is provided. Elevations and any extra drawings are provided to show the vision of the design. Finish ideas are developed and presented to the client for approval.
Approvals
The next step is approving the finishes and design. Greater detail is provided with dimensions and a list of specs for the product to be provided. This includes, flooring, lighting, paint schedule, fixtures or furniture, accessories and artwork. Per approval a price list is provided with each project and a time line when it will be delivered.
Construction
Decorative Interiors work with the general contractor provided to go over a schedule and materials in detail. This ensures the client, designer and contractor have the same vision of the space to be renovated or created. Decorative Interiors responsibilities include- purchasing, scheduling delivery or pick up and warranties. Site visits are required to help with any questions by the contractor or client and to ensure install is accurate and complete.
Finishing
A walk through with the client, contractor and designer will be necessary to make a list of any last details to be completed.
