Highpoint Spring Market

Every spring I become inspired about going to the International Highpoint Market show. The entire town opens up for a busy week of shopping and buyers. Most companies have six months to plan, design and create new showrooms to impress buyers from around the world at this spring market.

Shuttle busses are lined up to take the buyers around the town in many stops and buildings. I typically plan to go for three days, however I know I could stay the entire week and still not see it all. This season my client wish list is long and detailed. Planning my days out and booking appointments is how I stay focused on achieving my goal. Coming back to meet with clients and sharing my vast amount of knowledge and suggestions for each individual project is what I do best.

Each day I evaluate my finds and fill my rolling cart up with important information from each showroom. Sensory overload is putting it mildly. Highpoint always inspires me and pushes me to become a better designer through the educational seminars and vast amount of creative minds meeting in one place.
